運営者と適用

OTOFLOWはSlymoon合同会社（Slymoon LLC）が提供します。連絡先はお問い合わせフォーム / Contact form、所在地は本ページ末尾のとおりです。本方針はアプリの提供開始時から適用します。

端末内で扱う情報

言語、自己申告の年齢区分、練習レベル・目的・楽器、設定、回答、習熟度、成績、お気に入り、進行中の練習を端末内に保存します。生年月日を収集する入力欄はありません。詳細回答は最大5000件で、集計は別に保存します。運営者の学習データサーバー、独自アカウント、クラウド同期はありません。

MIDIと音声

接続したMIDI機器のノート・コントローラー情報と接続情報を端末内の練習判定に用います。Bluetooth探索ではOSの権限を求めます。Android 11以前ではBluetooth探索のため位置情報権限が必要ですが、アプリが位置を取得・記録する機能はありません。マイク録音は行わず、内蔵の合成音を再生します。

ストア購入

購入・更新・復元の確認はAppleまたはGoogleの課金サービスで処理します。カード番号は運営者へ提供されません。アプリは購入情報を端末で検証し、購読の有効状態・検証日時等を保持します。Androidでは確認・承認のため購入トークンをGoogle Playで処理します。購入履歴・返金・解約は購入したストアで管理してください。

任意広告と同意管理

成人が追加練習の広告を選ぶ場合、または設定のプライバシー選択を開く場合、Googleの同意管理SDK（UMP）に接続します。必要な同意画面を提示し、SDKが広告要求を許可する状態になった場合にAdMob広告を読み込みます。利用可能な選択肢は地域によって異なります。拒否・オプトアウト後は制限付き広告となるか、広告を利用できない場合があります。基本練習は引き続き利用できます。

広告SDKが処理する情報

GoogleのSDKはIPアドレス（概略位置の推定に使用）、アプリや広告への操作、診断・パフォーマンス情報、端末やアプリに関連する識別子を、広告配信・測定・分析・不正防止のために収集・処理することがあります。非パーソナライズ広告を要求し、iOSのIDFAを要求せず、Androidの広告ID権限を除外していますが、これらはSDKの処理がゼロであることを意味しません。Googleおよび広告配信に関与する事業者の処理・保存期間は各事業者の方針によります。

年齢と選択の変更

対象は13歳以上です。自己申告が13歳未満の場合は利用を開始できません。年齢未設定・13–17歳の場合、アプリは広告要求・表示を行いません。成人は設定から広告のプライバシー選択へ進めます。Googleが選択画面を必要としない地域では表示されないことがあります。学習データの削除は、広告同意の撤回とは別の操作です。

保存・書き出し・削除

学習情報は端末内に保存し、OSの自動バックアップから除外します。端末の紛失や再インストールで失われる可能性があります。任意のJSONバックアップには年齢区分・設定・学習記録が含まれます。OSの共有先は本人が選び、外部に保存したコピーは本人が管理します。設定の学習削除は学習情報、ローカルの予備コピー、アプリ内の書き出し一時ファイルを削除します。すでに外部へ渡したコピーは削除できません。

学習削除後に残る情報

無料枠の利用日時・使用数、報酬の重複処理を防ぐIDや残クレジット、購読確認のキャッシュ、SDKの同意設定などは、権利確認・不正な再発行防止のため学習削除の対象外です。報酬キューは学習状態への反映・確認後に消去します。利用枠や権利の状態は更新に応じて置き換えます。アプリをアンインストールするとアプリ専用のローカル情報はOSにより削除されますが、ストアやGoogle側の記録は各サービスの方針に従います。

問い合わせ

本人がGoogleフォームを送信した場合、任意の返信先メールアドレスと問い合わせ内容を、運営者およびGoogleが問い合わせ対応のために扱います。返信が必要な場合だけ返信先を入力してください。フォームへの添付ファイルは受け付けません。返信にメールを使う場合は運営者のメールサービスでも処理します。必要のない個人情報、決済情報、パスワードを送らないでください。問い合わせ情報は原則として解決後12か月まで保持し、法令上の義務・紛争対応等に必要な場合は必要な期間延長します。

権利・処理地域・変更

運営者への開示・訂正・削除などの請求は上記フォームからご連絡ください。本人確認が必要な場合があります。適用法に基づく同意撤回、処理制限・異議、データ移転等の権利や監督機関への申立てを妨げません。端末内だけの情報は運営者から直接参照できないため、アプリ内の書き出し・削除をご利用ください。外部サービスでは日本以外の国で処理される場合があります。重要な変更はサポートサイトで案内します。

Learning, MIDI and audio

Language, self-declared age band, learning preferences, answers, progress, favorites and active sessions are stored locally. Detailed answers are capped at 5,000. We do not operate a learning-data backend, custom accounts or cloud sync. MIDI events are processed on-device. Bluetooth discovery needs OS permissions; Android 11 and earlier may require location permission for discovery, but the app does not obtain or log your location. The app does not record your microphone.

Purchases

Apple or Google handles payments and subscription checks. We do not receive card numbers. The app verifies purchase information locally and retains entitlement status and check times. Android purchase tokens are used with Google Play for verification and acknowledgement. Store purchase records, refunds and cancellation follow the purchasing store’s procedures.

Optional advertising and consent

For adults, requesting a rewarded ad or opening the privacy choices in Settings contacts Google UMP. Ads load only when the consent workflow permits requests. Options vary by region; refusal may result in limited ads or no ads. Basic practice remains available. Google’s SDK may process IP-derived approximate location, interactions, diagnostics and device/app identifiers for advertising, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. We request non-personalized ads, do not request IDFA and remove Android advertising-ID permission; other SDK processing may still occur. Provider policies govern their retention and processing.

Age and choices

The app is for ages 13 and above. Self-declared under-13 users cannot start. No ad requests or displays are offered when age is unknown or 13–17. Adults can open available privacy options from Settings. Deleting learning data does not withdraw advertising consent.

Storage, exports and deletion

Learning files are excluded from automatic OS backups. Device loss or reinstallation may lose them. Optional JSON exports contain profile age band, settings and learning records. You choose the OS sharing destination and control external copies. Learning deletion removes learning records, local recovery copies and in-app export temporary files, but cannot delete external copies. Usage allowances, reward-processing IDs/credits, entitlement caches and SDK consent state remain for access control and duplicate prevention. Reward queues are removed after acknowledgement; current usage and entitlement values are replaced as updated. Uninstalling removes app-local storage through the OS, but does not cancel subscriptions or delete provider-side records.

Support and your rights

The optional reply email address and message submitted through Google Forms are processed by the operator and Google for support. Provide a reply address only if you need a reply. File uploads are not requested. Our email provider also processes any replies we send. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive data. We normally retain support records for up to 12 months after resolution, longer when necessary for legal obligations or disputes. Contact us for applicable access, correction, deletion, withdrawal, objection, restriction or portability requests. Identity verification may be needed. You may contact your local supervisory authority. We cannot directly access on-device learning; use the app’s export and deletion controls. External providers may process data outside Japan. Material policy changes will be announced on this site.
