対象と運営者

Slymoon合同会社（Slymoon LLC）は13歳以上を対象にOTOFLOWを提供します。未成年者は地域の法律上必要な保護者の同意を得て利用してください。本規約はサービスの提供開始時から適用します。

サービス

コードのフラッシュ練習、画面鍵盤・対応MIDI機器による演奏判定、辞典、復習と学習記録を提供します。学習成果や特定機器での動作を保証するものではありません。運指候補や省略ボイシングは理論上の完全構成音と異なる場合があります。機器と接続アダプターは利用者が用意します。

無料利用と広告

基本5問は回数制限なし、完全練習は成人1日1セット、13–17歳1日3セットです。成人の無料利用者は任意の広告の完了報酬で1セットを追加できます。広告が利用できない場合もあります。途中終了や単なる再生開始には報酬を付与しません。13–17歳には広告を配信しません。

OTOFLOW PROと自動更新

PROは完全練習の回数制限を解除し、広告なしで利用できる1か月の自動更新購読です。日本の価格は月額300円です。他地域の通貨・税を含む実際の価格と条件はストア購入画面で確認してください。AppleまたはGoogleアカウントで支払い、解約しない場合はストア条件に従い更新します。価格を取得できない場合は購入できません。

解約・復元・返金

設定の購読管理または購入したストアから解約してください。アプリ削除・学習削除では解約されません。原則として購入済み期間の終了まで利用でき、返金は購入したストアと適用法に従います。同じストアアカウントで購入の復元を行えます。iOSとAndroidの購読共有および家族共有は提供しません。保留・未検証の購入では有料権利を付与せず、オフライン利用には確認済み情報に基づく有効期間があります。

データと適正利用

学習記録は端末内にあり、書き出しを行わなければ復旧できない場合があります。利用権利の偽造、機能の不正利用、第三者の権利侵害を禁止します。ソフトウェア等の権利は各権利者に帰属します。

変更・責任・準拠法

重要な変更やサービス終了はサポートサイトで案内します。購読中の提供停止等はストアの手続きと適用法に従って対応します。日本法を準拠法としますが、利用者の居住地で適用される強行法上の消費者権利、制限できない責任を制限しません。お問い合わせはお問い合わせフォーム / Contact formをご利用ください。

Eligibility and service

Slymoon合同会社（Slymoon LLC） provides OTOFLOW for ages 13 and above. Minors must obtain guardian consent where required by local law. These terms apply from service availability. The app offers chord drills, on-screen keyboard/supported MIDI assessment, a dictionary, review and local progress. Learning outcomes and compatibility with every instrument are not guaranteed.

Free use

Basic five-question drills have no daily limit. Full practice is one free set per day for adults and three for ages 13–17. Adults may choose a rewarded ad for one extra set; availability is not guaranteed and early closure does not earn a reward. Ages 13–17 are not offered ads.

Subscription

PRO removes the full-practice limit and ads through a one-month auto-renewing subscription. The Japanese price is JPY300/month. The store purchase screen shows your actual local price, taxes and renewal conditions. Payment and renewal are handled by your Apple or Google account. Cancel through Settings or the purchasing store. App or learning deletion does not cancel a subscription. Access generally continues until the paid period ends; refunds follow store procedures and applicable law. Restore with the same store account. Cross-platform and family sharing are not provided. Pending/unverified purchases do not grant PRO. Offline access is limited by verified entitlement information.

Data, proper use and law

You are responsible for external backups. Do not falsify entitlements, misuse the service or infringe others’ rights. Material changes and discontinuation will be announced on this site. Subscription interruptions and remedies follow store processes and applicable law. Japanese law governs, without restricting mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited. Contact us through お問い合わせフォーム / Contact form.
